Kelsey Bellard
Client Care Representative
Kelsey was born and raised in Friendswood, Texas and has been an avid animal lover and rescuer since she was a small child. After graduating high school, she went on to San Jacinto Community College where she earned her Associates Degree in Life Science. While studying for her degree, Kelsey co-founded an organization call Animal Impact and served as Vice-President, where she helped fundraise and recruit volunteers to assist with the needs of local animal shelters. She met and married her high school sweetheart, Giovanni, in August of 2020. Eight months later her husband, who serves in the Coast Guard, was transferred to Key West, where they are currently living with their two dogs, Colt and Harley.
Currently, Kelsey is expecting a baby and when she is not at work you can find her preparing for the birth of her first child.
Amy Rachel is originally from Apollo Beach Florida. She moved to Key West 6 years ago. Amy's life is run by her two dogs, Chunk and Sarabi. They are truly her heart and soul.
Fun facts about Amy include the fact that she loves ANY and ALL dinosaurs and sharks! She fancies herself a "huge dinosaur and shark nerd".
If Amy is not at work she is out on the water fishing, spearing or just hanging out at the sandbar.

Lauren McLaughlin
Client Care Representative
Lauren was originally born in the Philadelphia area. She completed a bachelor’s in business management from West Chester University in West Chester, PA. While attending school she began working in the restaurant industry and grew to love opening new restaurants. This love is what brought Lauren to Key West in 2005 when she moved down to help open Rum Barrel. For a few years Lauren traveled to New Jersey for the summer and Key west in the winter to work in different restaurants and live the “snow bird” lifestyle, but in 2010 she became a full time resident of Key West.
When not at work you can find Lauren on or near the ocean, usually with at least one dog by her side. Lauren and JJ (her pug) spend most of their free time boating, fishing, paddling boarding, running, biking or just relaxing Key West style.
