Denise Janosko moved from New Jersey to Key West in 2012 and brings over 40 years of experience caring for pets. She is proud to provide support to clinic clients and their beloved animals, making each visit a positive and comforting experience. In her free time, Denise enjoys boating, fishing, sandbar hopping, and road trips with her partner and their canine best friend.

Amy Rachel is originally from Apollo Beach Florida. She moved to Key West 6 years ago. Amy's life is run by her two dogs, Chunk and Sarabi. They are truly her heart and soul.
Fun facts about Amy include the fact that she loves ANY and ALL dinosaurs and sharks! She fancies herself a "huge dinosaur and shark nerd".
If Amy is not at work she is out on the water fishing, spearing or just hanging out at the sandbar.

Alec is a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist who began his career in the veterinary field in 2019 in Connecticut. After relocating to the Florida Keys, he has continued to pursue his passion for animal care and client service. Alec is known for his compassion, cheerful attitude, and genuine warmth in greeting every patient and pet owner who walks through the door. His approachable demeanor and commitment to providing an exceptional experience make him an invaluable part of the veterinary team.
Outside of work, Alec enjoys spending his free time golfing and showcasing his unique talent for juggling. His positive energy and sense of humor bring joy to both clients and coworkers alike.

Kaylee, originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, recently moved to the Florida Keys to be closer to home while earning her degree in Education at The College of the Florida Keys. Kaylee grew up surrounded by animals and has always loved caring for them. An avid athlete and soccer player of approximately 15 years, Kaylee enjoys staying active outside of work. She is excited to be part of the Keys Animal Care Center team, and is committed to helping provide the best care for your pets.
Lauren McLaughlin

Lauren was originally born in the Philadelphia area. She completed a bachelor’s in business management from West Chester University in West Chester, PA. While attending school she began working in the restaurant industry and grew to love opening new restaurants. This love is what brought Lauren to Key West in 2005 when she moved down to help open Rum Barrel. For a few years Lauren traveled to New Jersey for the summer and Key west in the winter to work in different restaurants and live the “snow bird” lifestyle, but in 2010 she became a full time resident of Key West.
When not at work you can find Lauren on or near the ocean, usually with at least one dog by her side. Lauren and JJ (her pug) spend most of their free time boating, fishing, paddling boarding, running, biking or just relaxing Key West style.
